Golfview is an affordable community with all the comforts and amenities you are looking for. Our community offers a pool, Clubhouse with WIFI and 11 stylish floor plans. Golfview offers 1, 2, & 3-bedroom apartments many of which include 2 full baths. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal and most of them also have dishwashers. Laundry facilities are available in every building. Our apartment homes are total electric. We take the liberty of paying for the water, sewage, and trash. We are also a pet friendly community. We do have some breed restrictions and the weight limit is 50 pounds. There is a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per pet due at move in and $50.00 added to the monthly rent per pet. Wayne, Golfview lies nestled amongst lushly landscaped parks and wooded areas. Located in northeast Fort Wayne, Golfview is within walking distance of Shoaff Park and River Bend Golf Course, both of which offer a relaxing getaway. Our application fee is $50 per applicant 18 and older and our admin fee is a 1 time fee of $100 at move in. our deposits start at $200 and can go up to 1.5 months rent we get that amount when we run the application.
