We are looking for drivers to run ANY of our dedicated lanes meaning to run Open Board on our dedicated lanes. This position will be to cover any lanes that need covering which could be due to added lanes, drivers off. -Company Driving Positions, Only Solo, No Teams -No openings right now for Owner Operators -No Touch, No Hazmat, No Border Crossing -Automotive Freight -Long Term Dedicated Contracts -NO HOME DAILY RUNS AVAILABLE -All lanes start in Livonia, MI and end up back in Livonia, MI -Pay includes average 15 Saturdays a year. Saturday work depends on the plants, and we work when they work. It is not Monday-Friday only. -Orientation-option: online or in office -Newer Equipment (Volvo Trucks), In house Maintenance and on-site Fuel Pump, Pilot/FlyingJ -All units are equipped with PeopleNet Elog -Weekly Pay-After 2 weeks, first check on the 3rd Friday then pay every Friday once you get past that -2,700-3,000 miles average., open board (running any of the lanes) -Option of 1099 or W2 -We don't do east coast/west coast. States we have routes to AL, GA, IL, IN, OH, TN, TX -We have Volvos, automatic for OTR and manual daycabs for local -No paid holidays. No paid vacation days -No pets Requirements: *CDL A *Self-Certified Non-Excepted Interstate *Minimum age 23 *2-year tractor-trailer verifiable experience minimum *Must have valid current DOT physical and pass a Drug Screen *Good MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse *Pass road test *Must live in the Metro Detroit Area *Benefits after 90 days *Healthcare, Dental, and Vision *401K with company match (After 1 year of employment) *AFLAC *Safety Bonus *Referral Bonus First come first serve, no holding lanes For EXAMPLE, some of those lanes are: *Livonia, MI to Sterling Heights to Spring Hill (Live/Live) TN- 2-3 trips a week *Livonia, MI to Mt. Role Overview We are seeking a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) to primarily assist during tax season, with some off-season hours available as well. The ideal candidate is experienced in preparing complex individual and small business returns, comfortable communicating directly with clients, and able to work independently while supporting a growing CPA practice. Client Base Clients are primarily individuals, many of whom are self-employed and/or have rental real estate investments. The firm also prepares a smaller number of entity returns, including Fiduciary, S-Corp, LLC, LP, and Exempt Organizations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual tax returns with accuracy and compliance. Assist with small business and entity returns as needed. Communicate directly with clients in a professional and supportive manner. Ensure timely completion of assignments during tax season. Collaborate with CPA to address client questions and provide solutions. Qualifications & Requirements Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license strongly preferred, but will consider candidates who have passed part I of the Special Enrollment Exam, or are actively studying for it. Minimum of 2 years experience preparing individual tax returns. Familiarity with small business (Schedule C) and rental real estate reporting (Schedule E) is preferred. Entity return preparation experience is not a strict requirement, but individual return preparation experience is a must. Strong communication and client service skills and ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently is also required.
