A small locally owned property management company has the following positions open. 1. I’m looking for an individual or small crew that can perform rehab work on vacant apartments. You must possess the following skills painting, laying LVT flooring, trim work installing doors , light electrical, such as changing out switches, outlets, and lights. Light plumbing, consisting of installing sinks, faucets, and the underneath. I need a person or people that will show up and get the job done in a timely manner, and able to follow directions. 2. I need an individual to perform day-to-day maintenance on apartment units, including but not limited to painting light electrical, plumbing, trim, repair floor repair installing doors and any other task as assigned. If you are an experienced Gardener / Landscaper with experience in pruning or building hardscapes we would love to hear from you! RESPONSIBILITIES: - You will maintain all aspects of residential landscapes including weeding, mulching, mowing, blowing, edging, pruning and planting. - Apply fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides under the direction of your lead. - Meet deadlines while still maintaining high standards. - Follow daily procedures. (time/ tool check/ tool return/ etc.) - Work outdoors in varying terrain/ weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork mentality. - Communicate with your lead to ensure the completion of daily maintenance, special projects, appropriate paperwork and customer requests. REQUIREMENTS - Two years experience preferred. - Knowledge of and ability to use landscaping and grounds maintenance tools. - Knowledge of how to operate walk-behind lawn mowers. - Ability to differentiate between weeds and ornamental plants. - Multitasking - Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. - Experience in pruning & small construction(rock walls, pathways, patios, etc.) a plus. -Valid driver license a plus. - Experience in painting is a PLUS - MUST have Drivers License We enjoy and cultivate our career oriented environment.
