BuildWise LLC is a locally owned General Construction company who is looking to add to our team or add and entire crew. We do everything from bathroom remodels, to complete remodels, renovations, new construction, roofs, siding, paint etc. We are seeking an all around carpenter (or 5) that would fit well on our team. We are booked out through spring and adding to our projects daily. Overtime available. Pay DOE. Experience is wanted, but not absolutely necessary. Create and generate a positive facility culture aligned with our values, and commitments. Train & Develop staff, including new hire onboarding and annual performance reviews. Participate in the evaluation of potential residents for placement in keeping with regulations and program design.
