Working hours are completely flexible. When to perform the necessary and required tasks is completely up to our person in charge. However, in (the rare) case of emergency, like a busted pipe, only quick help is good help. Work amounts to maybe a 10 hours a week, but in season less can be done as places are occupied. Our go-to person is usually not supervised, so the ability to do work autonomously is mandatory.
