Kauai Sea Tours, a premier boat tour company located on the beautiful garden isle of Kaua'i, is seeking a dynamic staff person to join our reservations department immediately. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: Perform general office duties to support daily operations. Manage passenger reservations and check-in processes with efficiency and accuracy. Utilize standard software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, Gmail, and our reservation and POS systems (Fare Harbor and Square). Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills to handle various tasks simultaneously. Other duties as they arise Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with reservation and POS systems preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Possess the Aloha Spirit and a positive attitude toward customer service. Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be located on the island of Kaua'i. Work Schedule: Full-time position, approximately 30-40 hours per week. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience.
