This pivotal role within the company in our NJ office with room to grow in the future. Key Responsibilities: Work on marketing emails, digital, social media posts. Process, pack and ship all new orders. Work closely with the CEO on weekly projects. Assist in office operations. Assist and help with any client issues and work with our satellite offices in anything needed you can help with. Working with pet owners to address any escalated issues they might be having, being able to deescalate any issues that should arise. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, administration, and marketing. Exceptional communication skills over email and the phone. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to devise innovative solutions to complex issues. Marketing Coordinator Overview We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator for 4 days a week at first, with room for a 5th day by the end of the year.This role combines social media management, copywriting, and marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for building campaigns across multiple platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and driving growth through content, ads, and email. You do not necessarily need to be proficient in the creative side of content creation but it helps! We are a small company so the marketing director needs to be cohesively in charge of content and marketing scheduling.
