Description

We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Operator to join our team at AdWrap Graphics. The ideal candidate must know how to operate automatic screen printing machine, prepare screens, and manage the entire screen printing process from setup to finished product. Responsibilities: -Set up and operate automatic screen printing machines -Prepare and burn screens for production -Mix and match inks to achieve accurate colors -Run full production jobs with attention to detail and efficiency -Inspect prints to ensure consistent high-quality results -Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment as needed Requirements: -Proven experience operating auto screen printing machines -Strong knowledge of screen preparation, registration, and curing process -Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet production deadlines -Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Benefits: -Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) -Full-time position with stable schedule -Opportunities for growth within the company -Friendly and supportive workplace
