The PatientIQ Customer Success Manager (CSM) owns the success, retention and growth of PatientIQ clients by helping clients get the most out of the PatientIQ product, network and services. The CSM will serve as the main point of contact post implementation, driving value through helping clients improve data collection, workflow and utilizing the data collected in order to achieve the client's goals. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer executives, product owners, and others, within a geographic territory
Coordinate, develop, and deliver quarterly business reviews to customers to show progress, value, and growth potential
Maintain a positive geographic territory net revenue retention
Act as the SME on the PatientIQ platform and help our customers leverage our internally developed resources, best practices, and processes to achieve their goals
Work cross-functionally with the implementations team, as well as product and engineering teams to continuously provide feedback on customer needs to inform the future product roadmap and development strategy
Maintain and regularly update the PatientIQ product documentation and internal wikis
Manage Customer Success Analysts for your geography in order to support clients effectively
Support PatientIQ sales operations and help identify areas where we can grow our offerings and solve new customer problems
Support and facilitate customer renewals, amendments and new product opportunities in coordination with the sales team
Requirements
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in a related field
3+ years’ experience managing strategic customer accounts in a B2B SaaS environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize tasks, regularly communicate progress, and meet established deadlines
Must have a solid technical aptitude for email, calendaring and working with shared documents
Collaborative mindset to effectively work across internal teams across PatientIQ
Ability to travel at least 25% annually
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

About the Role
The Bilingual (French) Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs and materials aimed at educating business customers and partners on the functionalities, features, and best practices related to our Keeper services. The Market is an EBC Staple. We are looking to add a Market Team Member to our team to deliver an outstanding experience for our members. As a Market Team Member, you will check out members, restock the shop, and assist members as needed.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.This role is considered entry-level.
Responsibilities:
Provide great customer service greeting customers, serving customers, and suggestive selling.
Pack products in containers in order to put them on shelves for sale (i.e., nuts, dressings, salads, etc.)
Use of Food Shop scales for labeling products and knowledge of products.
Knowledge of POS systems and payment processing.
Restock shelves with products and rotation of products.
Ability to remain calm and friendly during peak times.
Show great communication skills and teamwork.
Professional communication with management, fellow employees, and kitchen staff regarding the needs of the Food Shop.
Reporting of all feedback, including problems, complaints, suggestions, and compliments, to the management.
Participation in food briefings and tastings to enhance food knowledge
Maintain excellence in Shop presentation, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Attend all necessary staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements

Temporary Staff: Convention
We're seeking five temporary staff workers to join our team for a short term employment opportunity.
The key to convention work is being flexible and prompt while centering customer service. This could mean helping with setup, breakdown, registration and check-in, bag stuffing, giving general directions to guests, or helping with any other tasks the convention management staff needs. Any necessary training will be provided to you during paid hours. The shifts are as follows:

This means black pants and a black shirt (no designs or colors) and black shoes (can be sneakers or something comfortable!). The payment is $22/hour for a total of $1,265 which will be paid as a 1099 via direct deposit immediately after your last shift. We typically will collect a W9, your ID, and a direct deposit form prior to employment.
The ideal candidate will be able to work all seven days.

Five scheduled days per week

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation, cooking, and servicing of all menu items.
Maintain service, production, and preparation specials on all menu items.
Maintain all food products at proper holding temperatures.
Keep area neat and organized at all times - Products properly labeled, dated, and rotated - Coolers clean and organized at all times.
Proper requisitioning and transfer of all needed items for the station.
All other job duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
Previous experience in high-volume broiler, sauté, and cold food production is highly desired.
Culinary degree is a plus.
Good knife skills.
Must be positive, collaborative, and committed to healthy communication and quality work.
Must have availability to work evening shifts, mid-shift, morning shifts and this is including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be on your feet for the majority of the shift.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent, professional services which may include but not be limited to: warm greeting, beverage offering, initial consultations to ascertain clients’ wants and needs, confirming comfort levels, showing interest in the client, and performing various massage services. Understand client’s mood for conversation versus relaxation.
Ability to do customized modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, therapeutic, sports.
Discuss any concerns and preferences prior to beginning service and refuse services if skin or body does not appear to be healthy enough to withstand service.
Strong time management skills.
Maintain proper sanitization of hands, tools, and equipment used.
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout shift of designated station(s) or room.
