You will be responsible for ensuring business value and communicating results, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand high-level business objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business Should be able to talk with the business on scope changes/timelines effectively. Effectively and articulate requirements to the team. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Discuss key business objectives with stakeholders, understand how business users and customer data is collected, and suggest appropriate data collection methods. Work with business executives to understand business constraints that impact data science or machine learning models. Examine sample data and prepare a preliminary solution proposal document to present to clients. Extract, transform, and organize data into datasets. Lead data collection, validation, and analysis activities, including risk, spending, commodity, and supplier information. Participate in client workshops to identify high-impact problems that could be solved through AI-based solutions. Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements. Design a plan to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science and Engineering. Own and drive plan execution by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities. Measure and articulate how analytic results improve clients’ business and financial metrics. Perform a role that combines hands-on contribution, customer engagement and team management. Requirements 10 to 14 years of work experience in Business Analysis/Data Analysis. Should be able to work independently with client business and analytics stakeholders. Ability to understand clients' business problems, work as part of a global team, and perform project-related studies and analysis. A strong aptitude for storytelling through the analysis of data. Experience in Data Analysis to identify which customers got impacted, how to remediate Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights in client decision-making. 5-7 years of consulting experience in the CPG industry with project management skills is required. Knowledge of DS / ML / AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint. In-depth understanding of how analytics is used in decision-making in one or more industries / functional areas Ability to translate high-level business problems into an analytics problem statement. Experience in scoping, development, validation and deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered. Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools such as R and/or Python. Hands-on Experience in analyzing and visualizing data using tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. Experience in AWS, Snowflake or Databricks is preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Bachelor's or higher in data analytics or equivalent work experience.
