We are seeking an individual to perform architectural as-built field verification services at commercial spaces in Sacramento, CA. In our process, we perform a 3DVR scan to generate a point cloud, which we use to create as-built drawings in Revit. We need a local field tech to provide interior confirming measurements and exterior elevation sketches. Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and individuals with experience in commercial construction are well-suited to perform these surveys. As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment are safe and in proper operating condition. Additional duties will be to perform all tasks following the cGMP requirements. OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acknowledge all production calls for critical point checklist and machine breakdowns Ensure all repairs and corrective maintenance performed is verified and properly documented Perform generated and all assigned Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedule in a timely manner and following listed activities on a Computerized Maintenance Management System Monitor parts and determine minimum/maximum inventory on all assigned equipment. Record all parts used during repair and Preventative Maintenance activities. Assist Inventory Control and Maintenance Planner in physical count for costing.
