The Obrero will assist with unit turnover in San Francisco, CA. The company provides architecture, engineering, design, and apartment remodeling services to institutional and individual clients. Key Responsibilities • Clean debris, remove obstacles, and ensure the work area is safe and organized • Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades with various tasks, including material preparation for projects • Prepare surfaces for painting and paint residential spaces • Installation of finishes (varies by property) • Follow company procedures regarding preparation, painting, and cleaning • Must comply with all safe work standards according to company guidelines • Other tasks as needed Minimum Requirements and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or painting roles • Ability to stand, climb stairs, use tools and operate machinery as required, and regularly lift objects • Experience using painting tools • Punctuality and strong work ethic Key Skills and Competencies • Ability to work collaboratively • Willingness to learn.
