The essence of the role We're looking for an experienced AI Content & SEO writer to help scale our global content engine and support Sinch's position as a thought leader in customer communications. You'll sit within our Brand team and work cross-functionally with product marketing, SEO, content, and brand to create high-performing web pages that bring in relevant traffic and convert it into real business outcomes.     In this role, you'll be at the intersection of AI, SEO, and content strategy—turning insights into traffic and traffic into growth. Requirements As our new AI Content & SEO writer, you will:   Edit and refine long-form, SEO-driven articles generated with AI tools, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Sinch's tone of voice   Collaborate closely with brand and product marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand, and reflects a deep understanding of Sinch's products   Adapt existing AI-generated content to meet localization and regional nuances, working with international teams as needed   Review keyword and competitor insights to support editorial decisions and fine-tune content for relevance and search performance   Help maintain internal content guidelines and voice & tone documentation, contributing to the continuous improvement of Sinch's editorial standards   Monitor content quality and performance to suggest edits and improvements that enhance engagement and organic growth     To be successful in this role, we believe you have:   1-2 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or editorial strategy—ideally in a SaaS or digital product company   Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, or Claude) and SEO platforms (e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush, Clearscope)   A growth mindset, with the ability to move quickly, test, and scale content initiatives with measurable outcomes - Strong writing and editing skills, paired with a deep understanding of search intent and audience behavior   Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments   An analytical eye and comfort working with performance dashboards     Our Values At Sinch we “Dream Big”, “Win Together”, “Keep it simple” and “Make it Happen”.
