Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system and network engineering, preferably in an MSP environment. • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers, network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and other networking protocols and services. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and data encryption. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent are highly desirable. This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and will manage all aspects of the project including vendors and consultants to achieve goals on all the network projects with an enthusiastic willingness to contribute. The Senior Network Engineer must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc. This role must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project & stakeholders involve ensuring consistency in reaching the project's goal. Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements. Prepares cost estimates for staff resources, vendors, consultants, hardware, and service costs (i.e. WAN, Internet, voice circuits, etc.) Develop project plans, define team deliverables, and supervise the work of various team members. Conduct all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for projects. Manage issues, risks, change controls, and status reporting. Provide technical insights and advice to customer stakeholders for the project’s planning & execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree  Japanese/English bilingual  3+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments.  Fundamentals of Networking and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.  Good level understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching, along with network design best practices (CCNP Level)  Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security (Firewall, NAC, etc.), Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks, and Cloud/Virtual networking. DNI/Creative IT Solutions is providing all systems administration and network engineering skill sets for the US Army's global email systems for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Install, configure, administer and maintain currently supported and subsequent versions of network offerings within a commercial cloud tenant construct. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), The contractor shall ensure all documents and reports are written and formatted properly. Monitor tenant performance utilizing cloud based monitoring and alerting software. Ensures that all projects they are supporting have the latest updates on and that government leadership is tracking any priority efforts that are not expected to meet mission timelines. The contract should be prepared to participate in high level briefings for workload they are supporting.
