Location: Stoughton, MA (Residential Projects Across Massachusetts) Compensation: Base Salary + Annual Bonus (% of Completed Projects) Employment Type: Full-Time --- Job Summary We are looking for a Massachusetts-licensed Residential Electrician to join our team focused on home energy systems, including solar panels, battery storage, geothermal, and HVAC installations. You’ll handle everything from service upgrades to inverter wiring, ensuring top-quality, code-compliant installations in residential environments. This position includes a base salary plus an annual performance bonus based on the number and quality of completed projects. --- Responsibilities Install, wire, and connect residential electrical systems, including HVAC equipment, solar inverters, and battery banks. Perform 200A service upgrades, subpanel installations, and underground feed connections. Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and wiring schematics. Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Massachusetts building standards. Work with HVAC, solar, and drilling teams to coordinate full home energy system installations. Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems to ensure safe operation. Maintain documentation for permits, inspections, and utility interconnections. --- Requirements Active Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Required). Proven residential experience (preferred in HVAC, solar, or battery systems). Knowledge of NEC and local inspection requirements. Skilled in using hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
