Responsibilities: • Execute dishes on the sauté and grill stations with consistency and accuracy • Maintain prep and organization during high-volume service • Follow recipes, plating standards, and food safety procedures • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely service Requirements: • 1+ year experience on sauté and grill in a fast-paced kitchen • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle a busy service
