I’m looking for a part-time Podcast Production & Marketing Assistant to help record, edit, and promote a purpose-driven podcast based in Pasadena / Greater Los Angeles. This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling, wellness, and media. You’ll help produce podcast episodes, capture promotional photos, and manage short-form content for YouTube and Instagram to grow the show’s reach and impact. Responsibilities: • Attend and assist with in-person podcast recordings (camera, lighting, sound) • Take professional photos of me and my guests during recording sessions • Edit video and audio clips for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media • Write captions, titles, and schedule posts across platforms • Help brainstorm episode ideas, guest topics, and marketing strategy • Track analytics and suggest creative ways to grow reach and engagement Ideal Candidate: • Based in Los Angeles area with reliable transportation to Pasadena • Experience with video/photo setup (camera, lighting, sound) • Comfortable using CapCut, Canva, Descript, or similar tools • Understands social-media content and short-form storytelling • Organized, proactive, dependable, and positive • Interested in personal growth, wellness, and creativity Details: • 10–15 hours per week • Mostly weekdays, scheduled in advance • Pay range: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience • Reliable transportation required • Opportunity for growth: This role may expand to include strategy and creative collaboration on other aligned projects and programs in the future To Apply: Please email a short introduction, your relevant experience, and any samples or links to your media, podcast, or social content work.
