📍 Part-Time Marketing Outreach Coordinator (Local Only – Mar Vista / West LA) Powerhouse Pilates | Mar Vista, Los AngelesPowerhouse Pilates is a small, community-focused classical Pilates studio in Mar Vista. We're looking for a local, part-time Marketing Outreach Coordinator to help us grow by connecting directly with our neighborhood — through partnerships, boots-on-the-ground outreach, and community engagement. 🔹 Studio Goal Bring in 10–15 new intro offer clients per month through grassroots outreach and hyper-local partnerships within a 5 mile radius of the studio. These new clients may come in for private sessions or small group classes — your job is to help them find their way to us. 🔹 Responsibilities Build and manage partnerships with local businesses (e.g., wellness brands) Visit and connect with apartment buildings and condos nearby to promote our intro offer to residents Secure an ongoing partnership with the Mar Vista Farmers Market Distribute studio materials (flyers, postcards) in key community spots (coffee shops, wellness spots, community bulletin boards) Track outreach activity and provide a monthly summary of results Collaborate with the studio manager, SEO consultant, and instructors when needed Bring in new clients who have the potential to become long time members or customers Optional: Create 2-3 light touch email campaigns to promote new classes, offerings, and/or promos 🔹 Pay Structure (Trial Period: 1–2 Months) This role begins with a trial period of 1–2 months, with room for increased compensation based on performance. Monthly (Trial) Retainer: $400-$500 Performance Bonuses: $20 per new intro offer client brought in $50 per client who upgrades to a package or membership This structure is designed to ensure results-driven outreach.
