Verify value of component in Kits and SBA components prior to installing component onto feeder. Ensure proper stencil is placed with kit. Print all Work Instructions/SMT Packet/Deviations/Quality Alerts to be included in the MVP Packet along with BOM for manufacturing. Deviation (if included) to be recorded in note section of MVP. Mark kit as set up or ready. Tear down feeders and return remaining components to SBA shelves or stockroom as required after build is complete. Reports to SMT Lead. SMT OPERATOR I: Demonstrate skill in all SMT setup pre-requisites plus: Under direct supervision train in Stencil Print Operations, Pick and Place Operation, Reflow Operation and AOI Operation. AOI Operation to include training in 3090 3095, 3085. 3090/3095 will be trained by Quality Engineer. Perform board washing when Material Handler is not on duty. Reports to SMT Lead.
