This is a spacious room in a downstairs two bedroom apartment for rent. The complex is only 3 minutes from NMSU, great for students starting this fall. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and washer dryer. The unit also has a spacious living room and covered back patio/yard with large outdoor closet. Soon it will have a dog door set up as well, dogs are welcome with a pet deposit and monthly pet fee. No cats as current tenant has a severe allergy. The apartment is over 1000 square feet. Many windows for great lighting and concrete walls for amazing soundproofing and low AC bills. Apartment complex is very lovely with lots of spacious grass and trees and a cardio room. There is a 24hr gas station right next to the complex within easy walking distance. Other roommate is a 21 year old male on disability. He is uncomfortable with a male roommate, so please only female applicants. He has had violent experiences with men and prefers not to have men coming over/in the apartment very often due to his history. He is friendly and wants to have a good relationship with the new tenant. He has an emotional support animal that is a 11 months German shepherd mix puppy. The monthly rent is $522 and half of electric, which was about $50 total for the most recent summer month. All other utilities are included in the $522. The current tenant is renting as well so you will have to apply to the apartment and be approved through background check, credit score, and proof of income.
