Off street parking All utilities are included as well as wireless internet. Your bedroom has a closet, single bed, nightstand, 6 drawer dresser, and TV. No pets (I have two friendly dogs). No Children. No Over Night guests. About me and other roommate: Working, mature, white, straight males, 50-60-year-old range, keep out of each other's business and expect the same. Easy going and respectful of others and prefer a quiet home setting without a lot of people coming and going. Share household duties (weekly cleaning, and taking out garbage, etc...)
