What You’ll Do: Assist residents by providing information and resolving inquiries related to non-emergency municipal services. Handle service requests for public works, sanitation, code enforcement, and other essential city services. Accurately log and track service requests to ensure timely resolutions. Collaborate with city departments to address and resolve community concerns. Maintain a high level of professionalism as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
