Rebound Home and Community Therapies is expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled BCBA Clinical Director to join our team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of both in-home and in-center service delivery. At Rebound, we’re committed to empowering individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral or neurological needs through personalized, evidence-based care. What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, compassionate care Track client progress and continuously refine treatment plans for optimal outcomes Educate and empower caregivers through ongoing training and guidance Stay current with ABA research and integrate best practices into daily work Position Highlights: Hybrid structure with 75% of workweek hours on-site or in-home Collaborate with a dedicated, supportive team passionate about behavioral health Be a part of launching and shaping services at a brand-new center If you’re a BCBA Clinical Director looking for a role where your expertise is valued and your work truly matters, we’d love to connect with you. Overtime Bonus Clinicians who work 42 hours per week or less, will be eligible for overtime. Overtime will be paid based on an average of your pay rate for the week. For those that work more than 42 hours, only overtime will be compensated. Individual Pay Rates will be adjusted to the following: 65-70% Productive = $1.50 increase per hour 70-75% Productive = $3.00 increase per hour 75% or More Productive = $4.00 increase per hour. This increases will be paid for all hours worked not just billable time.
