Job Title: Sales Engineer - Security Surveillance and Door Access Systems Integrator LV Cabling, Fiber Optics, Wireless Networking, Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and knowledgeable Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have a technical background in low voltage cabling, fiber optics, wireless networking, security surveillance and door access integration systems. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting technical solutions to customers and our client base. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, generate, and engage new business leads & opportunities in the market. • Assess and listen to customer and clients' needs and offer tailored solutions for security surveillance & door access systems, LV cabling, fiber optics & wireless networking solutions. • Design & create estimates and propose project solutions. • Provide technical guidance and project management support to clients and team before, during, and after the sales process. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers. • Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring they meet both the client and company’s needs. • Team Collaboration work with sales team & other team members to develop sales strategies, goal and leads. • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and market trends. • Attending conferences, trade shows, and seminars to network and market our solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product specifications match client requirements. Qualifications: • Relevant technical certifications or degrees in Engineering, Security Surveillance system IntegrationsTelecommunications, or real-world experience in a related technical field. • Proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in LV cabling, fiber optics, Wireless networks, Security Surveillance system Integrations. • Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex information to non-technical clients. • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills, along with negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a bigger team. • Willingness to travel as needed. Sales and Business Skills: • Sales expertise, proficiency in navigating the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. • Lead generation ability to identify and generate new business opportunities. • Product technical knowledge understanding of LV cabling, fiber optics, wireless networking, security surveillance systems solutions including specifications, capabilities, and integrations with other systems. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Proficiency in preparing technical documentation estimates and proposals. • Customer-focused with a proven ability to organically build and maintain client relationships. • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Database Technician supports Tribal participation in major infrastructure projects by overseeing database management, project coordination, and financial tracking under the supervision of the Project Manager.
