Bullseye is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. If you’re the ideal candidate, you will have the well-rounded skills of a marketing generalist topped with the specialized technical powers of a digital automation wizard. You have experience creating automated flows for emails, website pop-ups, SMS campaigns. You’re savvy with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), [etc., etc.], and you understand how to obtain and recognize actionable information for creating targeted marketing campaigns, for perfecting customer personas, and, above all, for creating automated (highly personalized) customer onboarding systems. You’ll be part of a six-person Marketing team that thrives on collaboration, constant learning, and a belief that the Bullseye Glass story is just getting started. On a day-to-day level, you’ll serve the marketing needs of a mission-driven company that houses wings for manufacturing, retail, education, fabrication, and artist promotion. On a larger scale, you’ll be helping champion one of the only companies in the world that can lay claim to having created an industry and launched an art form. Qualifications needed: Knowledge of macOS, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to prepare effective presentations using slide deck, video, and multimedia tools. 2+ years of experience managing marcom technology solutions. Experience with Google Analytics configuration and reporting. GA4-specific expertise is a plus. Familiarity with email/SMS automation tools such as Klaviyo Flows. Experience with enterprise-grade CRM platforms such as NetSuite or Salesforce. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. The ability to recognize critical touch points in the Customer journey and create resources and automation to aid them through to conversion. Experience in managing targeted PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
