Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior centers, case managers, etc.) Conduct outreach visits and presentations to educate the community and professionals about our services Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and patient census Track and analyze referral data, market trends, and outreach efforts to optimize results Attend networking events, health fairs, and community meetings to promote the agency (if needed) Coordinate and distribute marketing materials Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure continuity and satisfaction in client care
