Specialization in Marketing or career experience of 5+ years in related fields (Media, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, etc.) • Excellent Project Management skills with an ability to complete multiple tasks efficiently • Must be organized and meticulous in their work • Excellent communication and teamworking skills • Excellent Grammar and Writing • Bilingual (Spanish/English) with the ability to Speak, Read and Write eloquently in both languages The Marketing Assistant will work under the Marketing Director in executing the day-to-day tasks related to the Production and Traffic of Media and Advertising Materials for the Car Pros Automotive Group. The Marketing Assistant will also collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with Creative Teams, Executive Leadership, Media Partners, and beyond to assist the Advertising Director. The Marketing Assistant is expected to stay abreast of pertinent information regarding Brand (Corporate and Manufacturer), Media, and Market as related to the Client’s Advertising objectives. This includes (but is not limited to) learning Manufacturer Co-Op Advertising Guidelines and Brand Identity, training in Website and CRM management, and keeping meticulous logs and volumes of the Client’s media properties to ensure that they are served with up-to-date content. The Marketing Assistant will serve as a Traffic Manager, collaborating with Creative Teams on the production and delivery of creative assets for the Client’s media properties. The Marketing Assistant will also be accountable for submitting advertising deliverables for approval before publishing, including Manufacturer Co-Op Advertising Pre-Approval. This task requires that Advertising Assistant be able to translate Spanish language advertisements to English with contextual and grammatical accuracy. Driving and traveling may be required.
