Through hands-on learning, vocational training, life skills coaching, mental health support, and community college navigation, we help students dream big — from mastering power tools to earning college degrees. Our motto? “Autistics with power tools.” You are: • Someone who will be graduating soon and getting a degree in one of the majors listed below: • A recent graduate with a degree in one of the majors listed below: • Experienced individual with a degree in one of the majors listed below: Qualifying degrees and majors: a Bachelor or Master’s degree in any of the following: Education, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, Social Work, Behavioral Medicine, Speech & Language, Rehabilitation, Marriage and Family Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a comparable human services field. What You'll Do: Work 1:2 or 1:1 with students in small groups, supporting: College coursework Drama therapy Life, vocational, and art skills Equine therapy, drama, and other creative programs Public transportation training Full-time after 90 days includes 85% company-paid health insurance
