Our company, Brookstone Management, has been in business for 19 years. We are a national company performing services for multiple national clients. We are looking for reliable contractors to perform inspections, property preservation, pre-foreclosure, and REO work in the entire state of Michigan! We are recruiting contractors familiar with FHA guidelines and have the capabilities to perform the services listed below. Services to include but not limited to: · Winterizations · Debris Removal · Initial Securing and Lock Changes · Snow Removal · Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping · Prepare Bids and Reports · Minor Repairs · Preservation – Pruvan mobile app · Inspections – InspectorADE/EZ Inspections mobile apps · Evictions · Must carry HUD keys Requirements: For all work you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone with Wi-fi, etc. We require an Aspen Grove account, background check, and request all contractors use the mobile apps shown above. For insurance you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability with Errors & Omissions. Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or provide a letter of exemption. Once you respond to this advertisement, we will forward an application link specific to inspection or preservation work. The application will ask for your service area(s), your qualifications, work history and insurance coverages. Based on your answers and experience, we will send you additional paperwork for you to join our vendor network.
