We are a full-service landscaping company working with high-end residential properties primarily in the Bellevue/Redmond, WA area. We are seeking a motivated leader to join our growing team. We are looking for a landscape maintenance crew leader to manage a team of 2 people and be able to maintain client properties according to our comprehensive landscape maintenance program. This is a full-time position with salary increases based on acquired experience. Requirements: • 5 – 7 years of experience in landscaping maintenance. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a crew leader. • Experience using tools and machines (lawn mowers, edgers, weed eaters, hedge trimmer shears, hand pruners for natural pruning, loppers, pruning saws, blowers, backpack sprayers, spring rakes, and aerators). • Experience driving a truck and trailer. • Equipment management, capable of leading 2 members. • Experience managing maintenance routes and completing paperwork. • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a truck with a trailer attached. • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Pay/Benefits: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour 401(k) Medical, dental and vision insurance. Average start time is 3:00am with ten-hour shifts, you'll be on-call 3am-9am one day during the week (No weekends). Operate delivery vehicles along designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Navigate using GPS systems or maps to optimize delivery routes. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and requires adherence to strict safety and quality protocols.     Ensure all work adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
