Minimum of 5 years HVAC / Sheet metal experience in the COMMERCIAL sector, we specialize in retail, restaurants, grocery stores, mall tenant spaces and commercial office spaces. Experience with VRF - VRF systems from install to commission a plus. The Foreman / Crew Lead position would require experience and knowledge of Commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, including, layout, material ordering, installation, project coordination, crane lifts, coordination with other trades, accurate scheduling of support employees, experience with ordering & installing welded grease ducting and fire wrap projects a plus+. All applicants must have standard sheet metal tools, reliable transportation, clean DMV record and must be insurable, commercial experience. This position is a 3-day (24-hrs part-time) live-in caregiver. Cook, clean, and give meds to 14 adults. Need a very responsible, reliable, and can provide the residents with what they need. The residents are ambulatory (capable of taking their own showers, and they come and go). Some experience working with caring for adults is required.
