The Project Manager will be responsible for Job Order Contracting Projects with various clients and the project team. Projects will be primarily with public agencies The Project Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with repeat clients in Higher Ed, PK-12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation.   Assigned Responsibilities: This position is a managerial position responsible for contracts and/or work orders that reports to the General Manager. Ability to take off quantities, develop price estimates using prescribed unit price catalogs, submit a complete proposal package and negotiate scope and price proposals with client. Responsible for the P/L of the contract Ability estimate, schedule, purchase Active participant in project quality and safety programs Collaborate with staff to provide alternative solutions for clients Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders Point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more Firm understanding of General Contracting and all divisions of work Create and maintain project cost and management reports Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s) Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements Other duties as assigned *Assigned responsibilities may include any or all the above Requirements B.S in Construction Management or Engineering and / or 5-10 years of construction experience. Well versed in Job Order Contracts Experience of various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM@Risk is preferred. Experience in Higher Ed, PK-12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation markets is preferred. Experience in the aviation market is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, CM14 and/or Procore Knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary. F.H. Pay This position has a collective bargaining agreement with pay increases built in continuously over four years. Driver will earn $72,000 - $77,000 per year for the first year and are paid based on route. Starting hourly pay is $27.28 per hour with routes over 400 miles being paid at $0.70 per mile and $30.45 per stop. Schedule Enjoy being home daily with five-day workweeks with two consecutive days off. Weekends are required. Drivers will average 40 hours per week, based on current route available.
