MISSING German Shepherd! (Ponderay)

Hello, I recently received a tip that my dog Finnick may have been rehomed recently in post falls, and so I'm trying to localize my search currently to there. Finnick was stolen in 2023 after a friend of mine agreed to watch him temporarily to help me out, but decided to ghost me and keep him. At the end of legal proceedings she instead of returning him to me as ordered by the court, she gave him to his breeder in Washington in March of last year, who then *allegedly* gave him to a family in Spokane Valley who then moved to Post Falls with him. I was told this morning that allegedly the family who had him rehomed him, I'm not sure if privately or through a shelter, but any information would be a huge help... I'm not looking to take Finnick from a loving home, but would love to know he's okay, and at least the chance to get him back. He was training to be my service animal for medical and mobility assistance. He will be 3 years old this month and was about 75lbs the last I knew, but he's probably grown a bit more, and his coat has likely darkened slightly with time. He was microchipped, but in the time it could've moved, or with the shady people that had him he could've been re-chipped. I know his name had been changed to Duke, but it very well could be something else now... If anyone sees anything please don't hesitate to reach out.
