We are the largest millwork installation company in the U.S. and have a proven track record of stability and year over year growth. Requirements: Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation. Minimum of 5 years' experience installing doors and/or trim carpentry is preferred. Commercial General Liability insurance (minimum $1M policy). Vehicle, trailer, or some way to transport products to job sites. Commercial Auto insurance policy (minimum $300K policy). We need someone who can manage common remodeling projects, including supervising a small team of intermediate and entry level employees. Starting hourly wage ($45 - $50/hr), depends on experience and tools. Reviews and raises at 90 days. Almost all our projects are in Seattle, typically on older homes. We are offering 20 - 30hrs at the moment and planning to increase to full-time with the right person. We also welcome working with independently licensed and insured 1099 operators.
