Qualifications/Responsibilities: - Daily on-site supervision of construction sites as well as any tasks related to the job site as needed. - The superintendent will be responsible for scheduling inspections, overseeing quality control, and job site safety. - Gather project submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job site. - The superintendent is responsible for supervising all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors daily at the job site. - Oversee construction trade workers and subcontractors. - Ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently. - Communicate and report effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other support staff. - Create daily reports regarding all construction activities at the job site. - Ability to work well with minimal supervision - Reliable transportation to and from project job sites. - Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience: - Some experience supervising construction projects is preferred but not required.
