Construction Supervisor – Residential Remodels (Hands-On Role) (alameda)

Looking for full time groundskeeper and maintenance caretaker for our residential home. Daily duties would include yard and landscape maintenance, year round pool maintenance, interior and exterior maintenance. Many other misc things to do such as: Painting Basic electrical Basic plumbing Window cleaning Occasional interior cleaning Garage cleaning Weed and landscape maintenance Basic construction repair and or installation (doors, windows, trim, sheetrock etc) Special construction projects (occasionally) Pool maintenance and cleaning upkeeping $25/hr paid in cash (full time $50,000-$70,000 yearly) Mon-Fri and occasional Saturday optional Would like previous experience with electrical and plumbing, some construction and good common sense. Not be afraid or to good to pull weeds occasionally. As far as swimming pool maintenance, that and a few other things can be learned along the way.

We do everything from simple repair to complete custom design including, but not limited to Wax carving, Cad Cam Design, and fabrication. Pay is on a piece work basis, as an independent contractor, make as much or as little as you want. Hours are flexible, work is on location in our shop.
