Pay is flexible within the $29–$34/hr range plus medical reimbursement.
⚠️ Applicants requesting a call back without a resume will not be considered⚠️
💼 Structure
This is a field-based position across multiple job sites involving frequent travel. A valid driver’s license is required.
We are hiring at all levels, but candidates for this role must understand that the Foreman position is both supervisory and hands-on. The Foreman must be comfortable performing the full scope of field technician tasks while directing others, especially when crews are short-staffed or deadlines demand it.
Foremen are the in-field authority, reporting directly to the Coordinator and Director of Operations. They enforce schedules and policies, and carry full responsibility for the crews under them. Objectives come with timelines, and it is the Foreman’s responsibility to ensure progress, report major changes, and communicate barriers that may affect completion. The Foreman is expected to work overtime when needed, starting early, staying late, and performing hands-on tasks to keep projects on track. The position demands sound judgment and initiative, with the ability to read field conditions, adjust priorities on the fly, and keep the office informed on problems, corrective actions, and long-term solutions. Foremen are also expected to expand their own skillset, take on unfamiliar repairs, test new materials and methods, and contribute to continuous improvement by developing better processes for the field.
Role
Applicants must be self-motivated and dependable, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. They must problem-solve in real time, adjust quickly to changes, and maintain a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others. Foremen are expected to:
Communicate through email, phone, and apps to update work orders, upload photos, and report progress
Break down large problems into smaller steps and research solutions in the field
Adapt quickly when plans shift and reallocate resources effectively
Lead by example, uphold company policies, and issue write-ups for subordinate violations when necessary
Work professionally with both supervisors and subordinates without frustration
Responsibilities
Supervise turnovers: set priorities, assign work, and ensure deadlines are met
Direct and support multiple crews, traveling between sites as needed
Train junior staff, run safety meetings, and enforce company policies

Document subordinate violations when necessary
Supervise and perform repairs, assisting directly with turnovers and major tasks as needed
Pick up and deliver materials; report missing materials or tools to procurement
Handle rental equipment or supplies, including check-out and return
Maintain a safe and clean worksite at all times
Update progress through company portals, email, or conference calls
Step in physically to complete work when short-staffed or when deadlines demand it
