The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with deep construction knowledge, strong leadership, and a proactive communication style. Candidates must bring technical expertise with documented, verifiable proof of experience, demonstrated through a resume and work portfolio. This is not a training position—we are looking for proven professionals. No relocation assistance available. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including daily digital reports, safety meetings, and jobsite documentation. • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers. • Ensure strict compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards. • Maintain site cleanliness, security, and professional presentation. • Lead site meetings and communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients. • Manage inspections and collaborate with building officials. • Monitor project progress, track material deliveries, and resolve issues in real time.
