Position Summary: As an Assistant General Manager at Arby’s, you will support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations. You’ll help ensure high standards of food quality, guest service, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to grow into a General Manager position. Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in running all aspects of the restaurant Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service Help manage staffing, training, and employee development Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards Support inventory control, cost management, and labor scheduling Monitor and manage shift performance and resolve issues quickly Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and operating efficiently Step into the General Manager’s role in their absence Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus) 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lead by example and inspire team members Solid understanding of customer service, food safety, and restaurant operations Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to during your shift. Monitor food safety standards, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Ensure the cafe is clean and well-maintained, including the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms.
