Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and property maintenance (e.g., Lock work, Yard care, Cleaning, Snow removal, Winterization, Repair, Maintenance). Secure vacant properties by changing locks, boarding windows, and addressing safety hazards. Take clear and timestamped before/after photos of all work completed.
