Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our service team at MainStreet Motors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks. • Diagnose and repair automotive issues, including engine problems, transmission issues, and electrical malfunctions. • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and address potential problems. • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately determine the root cause of issues. • Perform repairs and replacements of vehicle components, such as brakes, suspensions, exhaust systems, and more. • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. • Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs. • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to safety and quality standards. • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices. Qualifications:. • Proven experience as a mechanic, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and components . • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team . • Valid driver’s license. Compensation: This is an hourly paid position, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.

PURPOSE Serves as the Carpenter for the assigned department. Reports timely to project leader on site and performs tasks as needed/assigned. Adheres to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Travels between job sites as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Provides labor as carpenter on projects as assigned, including but not limited to drywall hanging and finishing, acoustical ceiling grid installation, exterior insulation, framing, etc. • Represents the company in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner. • Must be able to comprehend basic instructions. • Willingness to ask for help when needed. • Must be on-time to jobsites. • Read Tape Measure, knowledge of basic carpentry tools • Basic Math Skills • Ability to Learn and comprehend basic instructions • Provides Own Transportation • Physical Strength and Stamina • Team Oriented - Cooperate with Ritsema field leaders in performing assigned tasks. • Be willing to complete additional tasks as needed. • Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen. This position requires being able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly, bending, kneeing, and twisting. This position also requires that the employee provide, maintain, and replace their own hand tools. Power tools and specialty tools will be provided by the employer.
