Landscape Installation Foreman/Crew (Clackamas)

Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking Residential Landscape Installation Foremen with 5+ Years of landscape construction experience. And crew members with 1.5+ years landscaping and/or construction experience. Foreman: Primary Responsibilities: - These positions are responsible for the installation/renovation/maintenance of landscape at residential homes - Communicate and take direction from the project manager - The foreman and 1 or 2 other crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios), plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan. Qualifications: - Plant identification a plus - Ability to read and understand plan drawings - Operate machines such as Dingo, skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws, and other hand held equipment - Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts - Ability to lift 90 lbs repeatedly throughout work day - Able to navigate through clients property on uneven/rough terrain - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. - Candidate must possess a valid, insurable drivers license - Able to drive company vehicle with trailer Crew: Primary Responsibilities: - Communicate and take direction from the Foreman - These positions are responsible for the installation/renovation/maintenance of landscape at residential homes - Crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios), plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan.
