Job Skills and Qualifications • Experience with luxury home building; previous trade experience required • Ability to plan and see the big picture • Critical-thinker and problem solver • Knowledge of materials, products and installation • Able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve the best results • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable reading and understanding detailed construction blueprints and drawings • Skilled at multi-tasking • The ability to see project through to completion To apply: Visit our website at https://edwardssmith.com/careers/ and complete the online application.
