Material Handling: o Transport materials to and from the jobsite as directed. o Assist in the accurate measurement, cutting, and preparation of materials for construction tasks. o Ensure materials are stored properly to prevent damage or loss. 5. Safety and Compliance: o Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. o Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. o Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near-misses to the Foreman immediately. 6. Team Collaboration: o Work cooperatively with other crew members, Foremen, and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. o Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. o Assist other crew members as needed to meet project deadlines. 7. Quality Assurance: o Perform tasks with attention to detail to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications. o Report any issues or defects in materials or workmanship to the Foreman.
