Utilize salon software like Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by promoting products and conducting product demonstrations to enhance client experience. Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling payments. Develop strong guest services relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
