This role blends technical expertise, project management, and customer service to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Project Design & Planning Work with salesperson & clients to understand project needs, style preferences. Create design concepts, drawings, and layouts for cabinet restoration or refinishing. Provide detailed project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates. Source and recommend materials, finishes, and hardware, if applicable. Installation Oversight Supervise and coordinate installation teams to ensure proper execution of designs. Review work progress regularly, resolving on-site issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards. Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships for smooth execution. Team Leadership Train, schedule, and manage installers and finishers. Conduct/ attend regular team meetings to align on project timelines and expectations. Mentor staff to improve technical skills, efficiency, and customer interaction. Customer Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project for the installation process. Communicate clearly on design approvals, scheduling, and installation progress. Handle escalations professionally and resolve customer concerns promptly and report to Sales.
