San Diego Powder and Protective Coatings is a fast paced, dynamic company serving a variety of products from civilian and military customers. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00, overtime and Saturday work are expected as the workload dictates. Responsibilities and Duties Description: The Customer Service position has the responsibility of assisting SDPPC in a variety of functions. Including but not limited to: • Primary responsibility with assisting customers in person, via phone calls, and email correspondence. • Multi-tasking is key in this role, it is solely not an all day desk job! This position requires you to also go outside and assist customers, review parts, open pallets, count parts, take measurements, provide pricing, take photos, upload photos, data entry of all incoming orders, review invoices, contact customers, and schedule deliveries upon completion.
