Catering Company operating in Weehawken NJ hiring - Chef: At least 5 years experience in busy kitchen is required. Chef will be responsible to inventory stock, order supplies, develop new menus as needed and manage kitchen operations/staff. Cooks: At least 2-5 years experience in busy kitchen cooking for catering meals, ability to prep foods, and cook foods related to various menu options. Dishwashers: At least 2 years experience as dishwasher in busy kitchens. Catering Delivery Staff: Experience delivering food menus to customers in busy catering company. Valid drivers license is a plus. All staff must be flexible enough to work very early mornings to afternoons- sometimes evenings and weekends are required. NJ and NY health department license a plus.
