We are looking for a professional, reliable, service-minded, communicative, wine forward server to join our team! Job Responsibilities include: Greeting customers, arranging seats, introducing menus Guide guests through wine list and wine suggestions. Recommend food pairings. Accurately recording customer orders and communicating efficiently with the kitchen to ensure that each dish is delivered on time Serving meals and drinks, keeping service smooth, polite, and professional Keeping the dining area clean and tidy, and quickly clearing and resetting tables after customers leave Actively interact with customers, answer questions, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction while building relationships with guests. Using the POS system to process payments (cash, credit card, mobile payment, etc.) MUST HAVE A NYC Food Handler’s Permit. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and healthy working environment Please have: Strong wine knowledge Experience in restaurants, cafes, or hotels Friendly, patient attitude, with good service awareness and communication skills Able to stay calm, organized, and work independently Team mentality Verifiable references A warm smile
