Looking to fill all front of house positions: hosts, food runners, bar backs, servers, bartenders, and management ColdFire began as a craft brewery located in Eugene, Oregon. We were founded on the principle of uncompromising quality—never sacrificing flavor for volume. We proudly avoid the use of shortcuts or adjuncts that compromise our values. In our beers, we seek to merge traditional European styles with contemporary ingredients and methods. At ColdFire Public House, we will apply the same dedication to uncompromising quality to our food, beverages, and, above all, hospitality. Our food will be driven by the power of fire and fermentation to transform humble ingredients into memorable dishes. Our beverage program will be centered around our award-winning beer, with wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks that meet the same level of quality and flavor that we strive for in our brewery. Family-friendly hospitality is at the heart of everything we will strive for. Great hospitality comes from respect, we seek those that will strive to extend great respect to the people and products they serve and work with. Our goal is to make our restaurant a place for all kinds of people to enjoy, and we will prioritize deliciousness, consistency, and goodness over trendiness, “coolness”, and pretension.
